My mission is to provide compassion, evidence-informed education, practical recovery tools, and a supportive community that empowers survivors of sexual assault to move from being a victim to thriving and advocating for others. But why Valaria?

Valaria is Latin, a feminine version of the word that stands for strength, bravery, and healing, something that many survivors feel they don’t have and may never regain at time.
